摘 要:以Mo粉、Si粉和Cu粉为原料,采用机械合金化/热压烧结法制备Mo_5Si_3-Cu复合材料,研究了Cu含量对Mo_5Si_3-Cu复合材料显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Mo_5Si_3-Cu复合材料由基体相Mo_5Si_3和晶界相Cu组成,组织均匀细小,晶粒尺寸为3~5μm;随着Cu含量的增加,复合材料的烧结致密度、弯曲强度和断裂韧性逐渐升高,而硬度呈先升高后降低的趋势;Cu含量为10%时,复合材料的致密度、硬度、弯曲强度和断裂韧性分别为98.2%、793 HV0.5、551 MPa和8.47 MPa·m1/2。Mo 5 Si 3-Cu composites were prepared by mechanical alloying and hot pressing sintering method with Mo,Si and Cu powders as raw materials.The effects of Cu content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mo 5Si 3-Cu composites were investigated.The results show that the phase composition of Mo 5Si 3-Cu composite is composed of Mo 5Si 3 matrix and Cu grain boundary.The microstructure of Mo 5Si 3-Cu composites is uniform and fine,and the grain size is between 3-5μm.With the increase of Cu content,the relative density,flexural strength and fracture toughness of composites increased gradually.While the hardness increased first and then decreased with Cu content increasing.The density,hardness,flexural strength and fracture toughness of Mo 5Si 3-10%Cu composite were 98.2%,793 HV 0.5,551 MPa and 8.47 MPa·m 1/2,respectively.
