摘 要:以雷诺某摩托车的空气滤清器上壳为研究对象,采用正交试验,运用Moldex3D模流分析软件进行注塑工艺的优化分析。首先根据正交试验原理,选取对塑件翘曲量和体积收缩率影响较大的5个因素为试验因素分别为:熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力、保压时间、冷却时间。在每个因素取值范围内设定4个水平因子,安排L_(16)(4~5)试验目标,目标为减少空气滤清器壳体翘曲变形量和体积收缩率。根据正交试验结论建立了参数与注塑件质量的灰色关联理论模型,获得较优的注塑成型参数组合,将最优工艺参数应用在实际生产中,最终试模验证得到符合要求的产品。Taking the air filter upper shell of a motorcycle of Renault as the research object,under the theory of orthogonal experiment,the Moldex3D mold flow analysis software was used to optimize the injection molding process.Firstly,according to the orthogonal test principle,the five factors that have great influence on the warpage and volume shrinkage of plastic parts were as follows:melt temperature,mold temperature,holding pressure,holding time and cooling time.4 level factors within the range of each factor and arrange the L16(45)test target with the goal of reducing the air filter housing warpage displacement and volume shrinkage were setted.According to the conclusion of orthogonal experiment,the grey relational theoretical model of parameters and quality of injection molded parts was established.The optimal injection molding parameter combination was obtained and the optimal process parameters were applied in actual production.The final test mode was verified to meet the requirements of the product.
