摘  要:针对永磁同步电机dq轴交叉耦合对高频方波电压注入法电机转子位置估算的影响,首先详细推导考虑交叉耦合效应的高频响应电流方程以及转子位置估算误差表达式;对于10极12槽样机借助冻结磁导率法,求解交叉耦合电感发现:电机负载电流增大造成交叉耦合增大;进行有限元电机本体与Matlab/Simulink的高频方波电压注入法联合仿真以及实验验证:大负载时因交叉耦合严重电机转子位置估算性能变差。In order to analysis the influence of d/q axis cross-coupling of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)on rotor position estimation when the high frequency square wave voltage injection method was used,the 10-pole 12-slot prototype was set as an example.Firstly,the high frequency response current equation and the expression of rotor position estimation error considering cross-coupling effect were derived in detail.It is also found that the increase of motor load current leads to cross-coupling increase,then the co-simulation and experiment of finite element motor ontology and Matlab/Simulink about high frequency square wave voltage injection method were carried out,it was proved that the rotor position estimation performance of the motor was worse due to the serious cross-coupling in the large load.
