影响当前纸质藏书质量的深层次因素分析与思考

摘　　要：当前我国图书出版行业发展迅速,纸质图书的出版品种已居世界前列,但图书质量仍存在问题,市场上充斥着大量低价值的出版物。这种出版状况对图书馆的馆藏发展造成了很大影响,藏书质量问题堪忧。归纳并分析了影响当前纸质藏书质量的各个关键因素,指出在图书出版质量、图书采选理念、藏书采选机制和藏书采选人员等方面存在的诸多问题,提出在现阶段,可以通过以下四项措施来提升图书馆的藏书质量:制定具有专业思维的采选策略,合理平衡"价值论"与"需求论"的关系;探索有利于藏书发展的招标制度,建立多维有效的采选推荐途径;强调"访"的重要性,通过实证研究强化"文献发现"能力;分析馆藏现状,强化特色资源的长远发展。At present,the book publishing industry in China has developed rapidly and the number of paper books published annually leads the world.While the quality of books is not satisfied and themarket is full of a largenumber of low level publications.This situationhas agreat impact on the workand thequali-ty of collectiondevelopment of libraries.Thispaper summarizes and analyzes the key factors affecting the quality of the current paper collection,and points out the problems existing in the policy,mechanism and workflow of collection and selection.It puts forward a series of strategies to strengthen the long-term de-velopment of characteristic resources.
