摘　　要：目的:探讨0.1%他克莫司滴眼液治疗难治性免疫相关性角膜病的效果。方法:收治难治性免疫相关性角膜病患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组实施羊膜移植治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合他克莫司滴眼液治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者视力值优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:0.1%他克莫司滴眼液治疗难治性免疫相关性角膜病患者,效果显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of tacrolimus 0.1%eye drops in the treatment of refractory immune related keratopathy.Methods:100 patients with refractory keratokeratopathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were treated with amniotic membrane transplantation,and the observation group were treated with tacrolimus eye drops on the basis of the treatment given in the control group.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:0.1%tacrolimus eyedrops in the treatment of refractory immune related keratopathy has achieved significant results.
