摘　　要：目的:探讨聚肌胞注射液治疗口腔黏膜溃疡的效果。方法:收治口腔黏膜溃疡患者80例,分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组给予维生素B、维生素C及氯己定含漱剂联合治疗,治疗组给予聚肌胞注射液治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:聚肌胞注射液治疗口腔黏膜溃疡效果确切,复发率低。Objective:To investigate the effect of polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid injection in treating oral mucosal ulcers.Methods:80 cases of oral mucosa ulcer were selected,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group with 40 cases in each group,the control group was treated with vitamin B,vitamin C and chlorhexidine gargle,and the treatment group was treated with polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid injection.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid injection is effective in treating oral mucosal ulcers,with low recurrence rate.
