摘  要:目的:探讨翻转课堂教学模式在临床护理实习带教理论知识学习中的应用效果。方法:选取实习同学56名,分为试验组和对照组,各28名。试验组采用翻转课堂教学模式进行学习,对照组采用传统幻灯片、讲授方式学习。结果:试验组对专科理论知识的掌握度及对学习方式、效果的满意度高于对照组。结论:翻转课堂的教学模式有利于学生学习兴趣、对知识的掌握及学习效果的提高。Objective:To explore the application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in the theoretical knowledge learning of clinical nursing practice teaching.Methods:56 students were selected,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 28 students in each.The experimental group were studied by the flipping classroom teaching mode,and the control group were studied by traditional slides and teaching methods.Results:The degree of mastery of theoretical knowledge and satisfaction with learning style and effect of experimental group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:The teaching mode of flipped classroom is conducive to improving the interest of nursing students,the mastery of knowledge and the effect of learning.
