摘 要:基于PZT的正压电效应设计了悬臂梁结构的能量采集装置,可用于开关等单次按压能量的采集。对单次按压条件下PZT悬臂梁的响应进行数学分析。通过性能对比,选用P-81材料压电片叠加在铜合金片两侧制作成悬臂梁。经有限元分析,压电片并联时比串联时的输出功率要高,但是固有频率相同,表明压电片的联结形式对其应变没有影响。在单次按压条件下,10 kΩ电阻负载下的仿真和测试结果一致,最大瞬时功率分别为28.93 mW和27.46 mW。结合PZT在低频条件下的高阻抗特性设计了能量采集电路,采用阈值开关电路控制放电电压,实验结果表明可输出5.05 mJ的电能,满足驱动LED和射频发射器等的要求。Based on the positive piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic(PZT),an energy harvesting device with cantilever beam is designed for the single pressing energy harvesting,which can be used for wireless switches and so on.The mathematical analysis of the response of PZT cantilever beam is carried out on the condition of single pressing.Through comparison of the performances,a cantilever beam is made of the selected P-81 piezoelectric plates which are superimposed on the both sides of the copper alloy sheet.Finite element analysis shows that the double piezoelectric plates connected in parallel can export higher power than that connected in series.However,the natural frequency has no relation with their connecting forms.It indicates that the connecting forms of the double piezoelectric plates have no effect on its strain.The harvester is simulated and tested under the single pressing condition with 10 kΩresistance load.The calculated and tested maximum instantaneous powers are 28.93 mW and 27.46 mW,respectively.The energy harvesting circuit is designed according to the high impedance characteristic of the PZT at low frequency.A threshold switch circuit is used to control the discharge voltage.The experimental results show that the output electric energy of the energy harvesting circuit can reach 5.05 mJ.The energy can meet the requirements of driving LED,RF transmitter and so on.
