摘  要:针对电动空调功率模块损耗计算困难,散热设计依据不足的问题,分析了其产热和散热的机理,提出了基于空间插值算法的实际损耗值计算方法,建立了热量从功率模块传导至冷媒的数学模型,提出了降低热阻的两种途径,通过有限元软件对不同导热系数和基座厚度条件下的功率模块温度分布状况进行了热仿真分析,利用实验对理论分析和仿真结果进行了验证,结果表明提出的两种提高散热效率的方法能够改善功率模块的散热性能。In view of the difficulty in calculating the power module loss of the electric air conditioner and lack of heat dissipation design basis,the mechanism of heat production and heat dissipation is analyzed,the calculation method of actual loss value is proposed based on the spatial interpolation algorithm,mathematical model of heat transfer from a power module to a refrigerant is established,and two methods to improve the cooling efficiency is proposed.The thermal simulation analysis of the temperature distribution of power module under different thermal conductivity and base thickness is carried out by the finite element software.The theoretical analysis and simulation results are verified by experiments.The results show that the two proposed ways to improve the cooling efficiency can improve the thermal performance of power modules.
