摘  要:针对在检测油液中的固体污染颗粒时,油液中产生的气泡会对其检测造成影响的问题,文中基于光阻法颗粒计数器,设计了改进的放大电路,通过该电路的放大作用,研究了一种不用消除气泡,通过输出电压来区分气泡与污染颗粒的改进的光阻法颗粒计数算法。通过Zemax软件分析光线穿过气泡后的模拟信号,以及不同工况下的光线追迹,验证了该算法的可行性。For the problem that affected by oil bubbles when detecting the solid contaminated particles in oil,the paper designed an improved amplification circuit based on the photoresist method of particle counter.Through the amplification of the circuit,the paper developed a kind of improved photoresist method particle counting algorithm to distinguish between bubbles and contaminated particles by output voltage rather than by eliminating bubbles.The feasibility of the algorithm was verified by Zemax software analyzing the analog signals generated by the light passing through the bubbles and the different conditions of light tracing.
