摘  要:由于传统的气体泄漏检测手段存在成本高等缺陷,设计了一种基于超声波传感器的泄漏检测仪。系统以嵌入式微处理器为核心控制器,主要设计了信号采集电路、信号处理电路和数据传输电路等。该超声波泄漏检测仪能检测破损管道泄漏出的超声波信号,并将数据传输到上位机进行快速傅里叶(FFT)变换,最后在上位机上实时显示监测结果。试验结果表明,该超声波泄漏仪具有操作简单、成本低、检测精度高等优点。In view of the high cost of traditional gas leak detection method,a leak detector based on ultrasonic sensor was designed.The system was embedded in the microprocessor as the core controller,mainly designed the signal acquisition circuit,signal processing circuit and data transmission circuit,etc.The ultrasonic leak detector can acquire the high pressure gas pipeline leakage and the data was transmitted to upper computer to fast Fourier transform(FFT),monitoring results was displayed in time in the upper machine.The results show that the ultrasonic leak detector has the advantages of simple operation,low cost and high detection accuracy.
