摘  要:为了通过试验获得准确的水润滑轴承水膜压力,深入研究轴承特性与润滑机理,针对已有水膜压力无线测试系统,提出了系统标定方法并给出了标定结果的应用实例。首先,介绍了水膜压力无线测试系统及压力传感器的结构与参数;然后,详细阐述了无线测试系统的标定方法、标定条件、标定步骤以及数据处理算法,并在标定实验台上对已有系统进行标定实验;最后,将标定结果及测试系统应用到八沟槽水润滑橡胶轴承水膜压力的测试中。试验结果表明,该无线测试系统标定方法可行、标定结果可靠。In order to obtain the accurate film pressure of water-lubricated bearing via test,and to study the bearing characteristics and lubrication mechanism,the system calibration method based on existing wireless measurement system of water film was proposed,and the application example of calibration results was given.First,the wireless measurement system of water film,and the structure and parameters of pressure sensor were introduced.Then,the calibration method,conditions,process,experiment rig,and data processing algorithm were described,and the calibration experiment was conducted on existing system.Finally,the film testing of water-lubricated rubber bearing with eight grooves was conducted based on calibration results and measurement system.The test results show that the calibration method of wireless measurement system is feasible,and the calibration results are reliability.
