摘 要:针对高压输电线路绝缘子检测中存在的效率低、自动化程度不够的问题,设计了一种绝缘子检测机器人自动检测系统,该系统采用步进电机为运动关节提供驱动,由FPGA作为主控制板CPU实现电机驱动控制、信号采集与无线WiFi通信控制,终端采用LabVIEW人机界面进行信号分析与监控。利用基于周期预测的端部识别方法机器人可以自主判断停车位置。实验结果表明,机器人正反两个方向都能稳定爬行,并能准确完成绝缘子串的电压分布检测,仅需要59 s即能完成10片绝缘子的电压分布自动检测,检测效率和自动化程度高。Aiming at the problem of inefficiency,low degree of automation in HV insulators detection,an auto-detection system for insulators detection robot was designed.Step motor was adopted as the drive for robot moving joints,FPGA was adopted as CPU for step motor control,signal acquisition and wireless communication control.The man-machine interface was programmed by LabVIEW.The robot can determine the parking position independently by using the end recognition method based on periodic prediction.The test result shows that robot can work stably in positive and negative direction and it can detect the insulators voltage precisely,the robot has detected 10 insulators within fifty-nine seconds.Above all,the system has a high efficiency in detecting and has a relatively high degree of automation.
