摘 要:为提高水听器的透声性能和接收性能,提出了一种基于穿孔金属骨架与柔性胶填充相结合的新型PVDF水听器背衬结构。具体分析了平面型PVDF水听器的工作机理,利用有限元法从水听器的透声性能和接收性能两个方面进行理论预报和优化设计。在此基础上,研制了平面型透声水听器样品并开展了性能测试。理论分析和实验结果表明,该背衬结构不仅可以有效抑制平面型PVDF水听器横向效应,起到提升低频灵敏度和降低频带内灵敏度起伏的作用,而且在改善水听器透声性能方面有较好的效果。In order to improve both the acoustically transparent performance and receiving performance of the hydrophone,a new type of PVDF hydrophone substrate structure based on the combination of the perforated metal skeleton and the flexible glue filling is proposed.Firstly,the operating principle of the planar PVDF hydrophone is analyzed in detail.Secondly,the finite element method is used to predict and optimize the acoustically transparent performance and receiving performance of the hydrophone.Finally,a prototype of the acoustically transparent planar hydrophone is developed and the characteristics are measured.Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that this substrate structure can not only effectively suppress the lateral effect of planar PVDF hydrophone,but also enhance the sensitivity of low frequency and reduce the fluctuation of sensitivity over the operating frequency band,and it also has a good effect in improving the sound transmission performance of the hydrophone.
