摘 要:为了确定工业平缝机的噪声源,进而开展低噪声结构设计,首先进行平缝机振动与噪声信号测试实验,通过振动与噪声信号的时域分析,确定出机架产生共振是导致噪声峰值产生的原因;通过振动加速度信号与噪声声压信号的常相干分析和重相干分析,确保振动加速度信号能准确解释噪声声压信号。然后通过振动与噪声信号的偏相干分析,确定机架Z方向的振动为噪声产生的主要原因,机架应作为平缝机低噪声结构设计对象。最后基于噪声源定位结果,进行机架低噪声结构设计。实验结果证明,改进后的机架能降低平缝机运行噪声,证明噪声源定位结果有效。In order to identify the noise sources of industrial sewing machines so that the low-noise structure optimization can be performed,a vibro-acoustic experiment for sewing machines is implemented.Through analyzing the signals of vibration acceleration and noise pressure in time domain,it is found that the noise peak is resulted from the resonance of the frame of the sewing machine.The methods of conventional coherence analysis and multiple coherence analysis are applied to the signals processing of vibration acceleration and noise pressure so that the signal of vibration accelerations of three test points can accurately interpret the signal of noise pressure.Applying the partial coherence analysis method to the signals of vibration acceleration and noise pressure,it is identified that the main source of noise is the vibration of sewing machine’s frame in the Z-direction.So,the machine’s frame should be taken as the object for low noise structure design.Finally,based on the noise source identification results,a low noise structure design of sewing machine's frame is implemented.The vibro-acoustic experiment of sewing machines has verified that the improved frame can reduce the operation noise of the industrial sewing machines and proved that the result of noise source identification is correct and effective.
