摘 要:利用脂肪酶对聚ε-己内酯(PCL)薄膜进行降解研究,并利用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪、X射线衍射、核磁共振以及质谱等分析方法对降解后的PCL薄膜进行了表征分析。结果表明,PCL薄膜(3cm×1cm×0.05cm)在45℃和30U/mL脂肪酶的作用下,经20h后失重率可达86.9%;随着降解时间的增加,PCL薄膜表面发生降解并形成孔洞,且孔洞随降解时间呈现增大趋势;PCL相对结晶度随降解时间的延长而逐渐降低;随降解时间的延长,PCL薄膜的热稳性呈下降趋势;PCL在酶促降解前后化学组成未发生变化。Poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)films were degraded by lipases and then were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),X-ray diffraction(XRD),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and mass spectrometry(MS).The results indicated that the PCL films achieved a weight loss rate of 86.9 wt%when digested with 30 U/mL of lipase at 45℃for 20 h.SEM observation showed that there were lots of pores formed on the film surface with an increase of degradation time,and the size of pores tended to increase with degradation time.DSC and XRD analyses indicated that the relative crystallinity of PCL gradually decreased with an increase of degradation time.The thermal stability of PCL films was found to decrease with an increase of degradation time according to the TGA results.NMR analysis demonstrated that there was no change for PCL films in chemical composition before and after enzymatic degradation.
