摘  要:机车牵引齿轮作为机车传动系统传递动力和控制转速的关键部件,对机车运行速度和承载转矩方面起着至关重要的作用。随着不同需求的机车设计需要,牵引齿轮参数化建模可以有效减少开发周期。介绍了一种考虑渐开线齿廓、过渡曲线的形成方程,通过程序驱动法在SolidWorks三维建模软件环境中进行齿廓建模,并以某型机车牵引齿轮为例,对齿轮进行有限元仿真,对齿面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力与理论结果对比分析,从而验证牵引齿轮设计及建模的准确性和合理性,对牵引齿轮快速设计与仿真具有重要应用价值。The locomotive traction gear is the key component to power transmission and speed control of locomotive drive system,which plays a key role in locomotive running speed and Bearing torque.With the need of different locomotive design,the parameterized modeling of the traction gear can effectively reduce the development cycle.The formation equation of involute tooth profile and transition curve is introduced,and the tooth profile modeling is carried out in the SolidWorks 3D modeling software environment by Program-driven method.Taking a certain type of locomotive traction gear as an example,the finite element simulation of the gear is carried out.The comparison and analysis of the contact stress of the tooth surface and the bending stress of the tooth root are compared with the theoretical results,and the accuracy and rationality of the design and modeling of the traction gear is verified.It is of great value to the rapid design and simulation of the traction gear.
