摘 要:章动齿轮传动是一种具有广泛应用前景的新型行星传动。为提升章动减速器的使役性能,需明确其动力学特性。以双侧双级弧齿锥齿轮传动章动减速器为研究对象,基于SolidWorks平台完成了该型减速器的三维建模与虚拟装配。借助ADAMS建立了双侧双级弧齿锥齿轮传动章动减速器的多体动力学模型,并据此对减速器进行了动力学特性仿真。仿真结果表明,各齿轮的转速及啮合力与理论计算值一致,表明所建模型能正确性预估减速器的动态特性,从而为章动减速器的动力学特性分析及参数优化设计提供了模型基础。The nutation gear drive is a new type of planetary transmission with wide application prospects.In order to improve the serviceability of the nutation reducer,it is necessary to clarify its dynamic characteristics.Taking the nutation reducer with bilateral meshing and two-stage spiral bevel gears drive as the research object,the 3D modeling and virtual assembly of the reducer is completed based on the SolidWorks platform.The multibody dynamics model of the nutation reducer with bilateral meshing and two-stage spiral bevel gears drive is established by ADAMS,and the dynamic characteristic simulation of the reducer is carried out.The simulation results show that the rotation speed and meshing force of each gear are consistent with the theoretical values,which indicates that the proposed model can accurately predict the dynamic characteristics of the reducer,thus provides a model basis for the analysis of the dynamic characteristics and the parameter optimization design of the nutation reducer.
