摘  要:以玫瑰茄干花为原料,蒸馏水为提取剂,研究温度、时间、pH、料液比等因素对色素提取的影响。经正交实验确定色素提取的最佳工艺为:料液比1∶8、时间30 min、pH=1、温度65℃。通过对不同媒染剂及媒染方法的研究,确定了以硫酸镁为媒染剂的后媒染工艺;研究染色温度、时间、浴比等因素对真丝上染率的影响,经过正交实验确定染色的最佳工艺为:温度55℃、时间40 min、浴比1∶50。Taking roselle dried flower as raw material and distilled water as extractant,the effects of tem-perature,time,pH and solid-liquid ratio on pigment extraction were studied.The optimum process of pigment extraction determined by orthogonal experiment was as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1∶8,time 30 min,pH=1,temperature 65℃.Through the study of different mordant and mordant dyeing methods,the post medium dyeing process by magnesium sulfate was determined.The effects of dyeing temperature,time and bath ratio on silk dyeing rate was studied.The optimum process of pigment extraction determined by orthogonal experi-ment was as follows:temperature 55℃,time 40 min,bath ratio 1∶50.
