含油污泥处置在专业实验教学中的应用探讨

摘　　要：以含油污泥处置为例,介绍固体废弃物处置在环保设备工程专业实验教学中的应用,让学生对含油污泥等固体废弃物的处理过程有深入的认识。含油污泥处置的实验教学以清洁、高效和高值化利用为目标,通过热解处理工艺,实现固体废弃物减量化、资源化、无害化综合利用。学生通过实验深刻了解固体废弃物资源化利用的思想和方法,树立环保节能的理念。By taking the oily sludge disposal as an example,the application of solid waste disposal in the experimental teaching for the Environmental Protection Equipment Engineering speciality is introduced in order to let students have a deep understanding of the disposal process of solid waste such as oily sludge,etc.The experimental teaching of oily sludge disposal is aimed at the cleanness,high efficiency and high value utilization.Through the pyrolysis process,the comprehensive utilization of solid waste resources with innocuity is realized.Through the experiment,students have a profound understanding of the ideas and methods of the utilization of solid waste resources and set up the concept of environmental protection and energy conservation.
