摘 要:针对拖拉机牵引性能测试系统中,被试车与负荷车之间有线连接繁杂、工作可靠性低及机动性差的问题,采用无线通信技术开发了两车多机通信功能,增强了试验车辆机动性。对自制的数据采集器进行了模拟量通道检测,牵引力通道信号最大误差为3 m V,系统线性度为0. 06%。静态试验结果表明:在良好通信条件下,系统能够进行准确稳定的数据传输,最大有效传输距离为520 m。动态试验结果表明:在两车相距15 m范围内,性能测试系统能够实时进行数据采集、交换及管理。被试拖拉机在无线通信与有线通信测试条件下,试验性能参数最大相对误差为0. 98%,此误差在传感器精度范围内。静动态对比试验结果表明:牵引性能测试系统的振动对无线通信系统的稳定性有一定影响,动态试验数据接收率为97. 36%,能够满足系统稳定性要求。To solve the problem of the multifarious wired connection between tested vehicle and power wagon,the low working reliability and the poor motility of the tractor traction performance test system,a two-cars and multicomputer communication function was developed by use of wireless communication technology.The motility of the test vehicles was enhanced.The analog quantity channel detection was carried out for the self-made data collector.The maximum error of traction channel signal was 3 mV,and the linearity of the system was 0.06%.The results of static test show that the system can carry out accurate and stable data transmission under good communication conditions,and the maximum effective transmission distance of data is 520 m.The results of dynamic test show that within the scope of the 15 m away from the car,the performance test system can conduct data collect,exchange and manage in real time.Under the condition of wireless communication and wired communication,the maximum error of test performance parameter of the tested tractor is 0.98%,which is within the range of sensor precision.The results of static and dynamic contrast test show that the vibration of the traction performance test system has a certain influence on the stability of the wireless communication system.The data acceptance rate of dynamic test is 97.36%,which can meet the requirements of system stability.
