摘　　要：习近平关于干部队伍建设的系列论述是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。这些论述的思想内核是对中国共产党干部队伍建设思想和中国传统文化的继承与发展,也是以习近平同志为核心的党中央长期领导实践的经验总结。习近平同志创新了新时代干部队伍建设的思想蕴涵,提出了干部的新标准、新作风、新能力、新培养与新制度,并将其运用于新时代干部队伍建设实践中,对中国干部队伍的建设与发展产生了重要而深远的影响。The guidelines on cadres building is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.This ideological implication of these guidelines is the inheritance and development of the Communist Party of China’s cadre building thoughts and the Chinese traditional culture,as well as the experience of long-term leadership practice of CPC Central Committee With Xi Jinping as the core.Xi Jinping has innovated the thought of cadres building in the new era,put forward the new standard,new ability,new work style,new cultivation,as well as new system of cadres,and applied it to the practice of cadre team construction,which has made an important and far-reaching impact on the construction and development of Chinese cadre troop.
