摘 要:目的:利用有限元法分析3种不同桩核系统修复上颌中切牙薄弱根管后应力分布差异。方法:建立上颌中切牙薄弱根管桩核冠修复的三维有限元模型,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件分析CAD/CAM一体化玻璃纤维桩核、单支纤维桩核和铸造金铂合金桩核修复后Von-Mises应力和最大主应力差异。结果:一体化纤维桩核修复后的应力分布较其他两种桩核更为均匀,较少产生应力集中。结论:CAD/CAM一体化纤维桩核修复上颌中切牙薄弱根管较传统桩核方式更利于应力均匀分布,可减少桩核修复后根折的发生。Objective:To analysis the stress distribution of maxillary incisor restored with three different post-and-cores by three-dimensional finite element analysis.Methods:The three-dimensional finite element models of maxillary central incisor restored with CAD/CAM integrated glass fiber post-and-core,prefabricated fiber core and gold alloy post-and-cores were established by CBCT and Mimics software,the Von-Mises stress and maximal tensile stress were recorded by ANSYS software.Results:The stress distribution was the most even on root when the incisor was restored with CAD/CAM integrated glass fiber post-and-core.Conclusion:CAD/CAM integrated glass fiber post-and-core is conducive to the stress distribution of flared root canal teeth,which can effectively decrease fracture of the root canals.
