摘 要:目的:通过CBCT测量上颌中切牙牙体硬组织厚度了解上颌中切牙髓室顶的增龄性变化。方法:随机选取720例单侧上颌中切牙CBCT的原始影像资料,分为10~19岁、20~29岁、30~39岁、40~49岁、50~59岁、≥60岁共6个年龄组,每组男女各60例。精确测量近中髓角至近中邻面和切端、远中髓角到远中邻面和切端的距离,以及近远中髓角之间的距离。结果:随着年龄增加,近远中髓角到切端的距离增加,近远中髓角之间的距离减少(P <0. 001);近中髓角到近中邻面、远中髓角到远中邻面的距离无明显规律变化(P> 0. 05)。结论:上颌中切牙髄室顶具有明显的增龄性变化;髓角到邻面的距离较小且无明显增龄性变化。Objective:To study the age-related changes of maxillary central incisor pulp chamber with CBCT.Methods:CBCT databases of 720 unilateral maxillary central incisors from 720 subjects were divided into 6 age groups(n=120)according to the age:10-19 years,20-29 years,30-39 years,40-49 years,50-59 years,older than or equal to 60 years old,respectively.The tissue thickness from mesial pulp horn to mesial incisal margin and to incisal ridge,from distal incisal pulp horn to distal margin and to incisal ridge,from mesial pulp horn to distal pulp horn were measured.Results:With the age increasce,the distance between the pulp horn to mesial margin increased,and the distance between mesial pulp horn to distal pulp horn decreased(P<0.001).The others are not statistically different between aging groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The roof of pulp chamber of maxillary central incisor has obvious age-related changes while there is no significant age-related changes about the distance between the pulp horn to the insial margin.
