摘　　要：目的:探讨采用重建腮腺咬肌筋膜的腮腺术式术后并发症发生的相关因素。方法:选择腮腺良性肿瘤患者200例,随机分为重建腮腺咬肌筋膜组(重建组,106例)和未行重建组(94例),比较2种术式在腮腺术后并发症的影响。结果:在腮腺术后,涎瘘在重建组与未行重建组分别有12例和8例(P> 0. 05),术后肿瘤复发情况在重建组与未行重建组分别有6例和5例(P> 0. 05),而在腮腺术后出现Frey’s综合征在重建组和未行重建组分别有15例和26例(P <0. 05),术后颌后区凹陷性畸形者在重建组和未行重建组分别有20例和34例(P <0. 05)。结论:重建腮腺咬肌筋膜的腮腺术式能够降低腮腺术后并发症的发生。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the reconstruction of parotid masseter fascia in the prevention of parotid postoperative complications after parotidectomy.Methods:200 patients underwent parotid surgery were divided randomly into 2 groups:the reconstruction of parotid masseter fascia group(group A,n=106)and none reconstruction group(group B,n=94),the complications after parotidectomy were compared.The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results:Salivary fistula was observed in 12 cases of group A and 8 in group B(P>0.05).Postoperative tumor recurrence cases was observed in 6 cases of group A and 8 in group B(P>0.05).Frey’s syndrome was found in 15cases in group A and 26 in group B(P<0.05).Deformities of mandibular back zone was found in 20 cases in group A and 34 in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The reconstruction of parotid masseter fascia can reduce the incidence of complications after parotidectomy.
