摘　　要：目的:评价使用根管导板对带冠部修复体的上颌第二磨牙进行根管治疗的效果并对该技术进行探讨。方法:选取氧化锆全瓷冠修复后需要牙髓治疗的复杂根管患者1例,术前拍开口位CBCT,制取印模,模型扫描并数字化。将CBCT数据与扫描数据配准整合,并进行模拟设计及输出预留孔的STL数据。然后进行三维导板打印制作,在导板指引下行开髓、根管预备后根管充填,并评估治疗效果。结果:根管治疗导板精准快速地定位了根管口和根管方向,最大程度地减少冠部修复体的损伤。结论:在CBCT数据基础上使用根管导板是带冠部修复体根管治疗的安全有效新途径。Objective:To study the endodontic treatment of maxillary second molar with crown restoration by using endodontic guide technique.Methods:A case with full zirconia crown requiring endodontic treatment was selected.The open mouth position CBCT imagers were obtained and the impression was made.The CBCT data and scan data were registered and integrated,and the STL data of the reserved hole were output after the simulation design.Then the three dimensional endodontic guide was printed,the endodontic treatment was performed under the guidance of the endodontic guide.Results:The endodontic guide accurately and rapidly positioned the root canal orifice and the direction,minimized the damage of crown restoration.Conclusion:On the basis of CBCT data,the use of an endodontic guide is a new,safe and effective approach for endodontic treatment with crown restoration.
