摘 要:目的:分析Ⅰ类肌球蛋白基因(MYO1H) rs3825393位点单核苷酸多态性与骨性下颌后缩易感性的关系。方法:收集骨性下颌后缩患者(病例组) 40例和骨性Ⅰ类错牙合患者(对照组) 40例,静脉血提取DNA,应用PCR-RFLP技术测定其MYO1H基因rs3825393位点的多态分布并对它们与骨性下颌后缩患者的相互关系进行探讨。结果:AG、GG和AA型在病例组分别为24、11和5例,在对照组分别为13、24和3例(P=0. 014)。等位基因G和A在病例组分别为46和34,在对照组分别为61和19(P=0. 012)。各基因型及等位基因分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P> 0. 05)。结论:MYO1H基因中rs3825393多态位点可能是发生骨性下颌后缩的风险因子。Objective:To investigate the relationship between Class I myosin gene(MYO1H)rs3825393 single nucleotide polymorphism(SNPs)and skeletal mandibular retraction.Methods:Genotyping of rs3825393 was conducted by PCR-based restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)analysis in both 40 patients with mandibular retrognathism and 40 controls with skeletal ClassⅠmalocclusion.Results:Genotype of AG,GG and AA were observed in 24,11 and 5 cases of case group,in 13,24 and 3 cases of control group,respectively(P=0.014).Allele frenqucy of G and A was observed in 46 and 34 in the case group,in 61 and 19 in the control group,respectively(P=0.012).The genotype frequency distribution in the case group and the control group was not deviated from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P>0.05).Conclusion:The SNPs of rs3825393 in MYO1H gene may be associated with skeletal mandibular retraction in the northern Chinese population.
