摘  要:生物学野外综合实习在生命科学人才培养的过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。生命科学学院通过构建基于生物学野外综合实习的"四位一体"的协同育人体系,即分别建立学科、平台、技术以及交流等四个方面的协同育人机制,通过推进教学、科研、实践的紧密结合,搭建了学科之间、课堂与课外、传统实践教学与新兴科研技术方法以及高校及科研院所间的有效沟通桥梁。经过几年的探索和实践,已取得了良好的实践育人效果:首先,将科研优势转化为教育教学优势,进一步拓展了学生的科研实践空间;其次,增强了学生的创新意识和创造能力;再次,充分调动了学生的学习积极性和主动性,拓展了学生知识面,增强了学生对所学生物学专业的纵向认识并充分提高了科研协作能力;最后,通过协同育人,极大地增强我院生物学野外实习水平及提高学生对宏观生物学的认识,同时也增加了学校的知名度,推动生命科学人才培养质量的提升。The biologic field comprehensive practice(BFCP)plays an extremely important role in the process of training life science talents.A collaborative education system based on“all four one”for BFCP was established,that is a collaborative education mechanism in four aspects:discipline,platform,technology and communication respectively.Our faculty in School of Life Sciences set up an effective communication bridge between different major,inside and outside of the classroom,traditional and emerging teaching method,and universities and research institutes as well.After several years of exploration and practice,a series of good results has been achieved.Firstly,the researching space of students had been further expanded through transforming scientific research advantages into educational and teaching advantages.Secondly,the ability of innovation and creativity of our students had been enhanced.Thirdly,the enthusiasm and initiative of study had been fully mobilized.Students’knowledge had been expanded.The vertical understanding of the biology majors and the ability of scientific research collaboration had been enhanced.Finally,through the collaborative education,the level of BFCP in our school have been greatly enhanced and students'understanding of macroscopic biology have been improved.At the same time,it also increases the visibility of our school and promotes the teaching quality of life science student.
