应用型人才培养实践教学体系构建

摘　　要：实践育人是高校应用型人才培养的重要组成部分,实践教学体系是应用型人才培养水平和质量的重要支撑和保障,构建适应应用型人才培养的实践教学体系意义重大。为提高应用型人才培养质量,根据高校人才培养目标,从培养学生的创新精神和实践能力出发,以滨州学院实践教学体系建设与改革为例,探索构建包括课内实验教学体系、课外实践教学体系和实验室建设体系三位一体的应用型人才培养实践教学体系,该体系经学校推广实施,取得了较好成效,为应用型本科高校开展实践教学工作提供了有益借鉴。Practice education is an important part of application-oriented talents training in universities.Practice teaching system is an important support and guarantee for the training level and quality of application-oriented talents,so constructing a suitably practical teaching system for application-oriented talents training is of great significance.In order to improve the quality of the application-oriented talents training,according to the goal of cultivating talents in universities,to develop students'innovative spirit and practical ability,a practice teaching system has been built in Binzhou University,including curricular experiment system,extracurricular practice system and laboratory system.The system has achieved good results through the promotion and implementation in the school.So it provides an useful reference for the practical teaching of the other application-oriented universities.
