摘 要:实验室质量管理是影响企业发展的重要因素,而统计方法可有效提高实验室质量控制水平。介绍了Z比分数、En数、t检验、F检验和控制图等5种统计评价方法的基本原理;其次对比分析了所述评价方法的特点及适用范围;最后,结合实验室实例讲解了En值在可燃气体检测报警器检定装置测量结果验证、F检验和t检验在实验室在用天平期间核查、控制图在实验室监控分析设备中的应用,并对数据分析结果逐一进行了评价。Lab quality management is very important for the development of an enterprise,and the statistics method can improve effectively the lab quality control.Therefore,this paper firstly overviewed five statistical methods,including Z-ratio fraction,En value,t-test,F-test and control chart.Next,the characteristics and application in the lab quality control of these methods were analyzed.Lastly,based on actually experimental examples,the application of En value method in calibration equipment of combustible gas alarm,F-test method and t-test method in intermediate checks of balance,control chart method in lab monitoring analysis equipment were also introduced respectively in this paper.
