摘　　要：本研究选取就业率、离职率、收入水平、专业匹配度、就业满意度5个指标,建构了高校本科专业毕业生就业质量指数评价指标体系,并应用对陕西省53所高校41702名2017届本科毕业生的调查数据,计算了陕西高校190个本科专业毕业生的就业质量指数,进而根据该指数对陕西高校本科专业毕业生就业质量进行了分类。研究发现:陕西高校本科专业毕业生就业质量的总体水平有待提高,且不同本科专业毕业生在就业率、收入水平、专业匹配度、就业满意度、离职率等方面的差异明显,本科专业毕业生就业不充分、不平衡的特征显著。依据陕西高校本科专业毕业生就业质量指数的测度结果,筛选了若干应该鼓励发展或限制发展的本科专业。This study selects five indicators of employment rate,turnover rate,income level,professional matching and employment satisfaction,and develops the employment quality index of college graduates.Based on the survey data of 41702 graduates from 53 universities in Shaanxi Province,the study calculates the employment quality index of 190 undergraduate majors offered by universities in Shaanxi,and classifies the employment quality of college graduates in Shaanxi Province accordingly.Key findings are summarized as follows:the overall level of employment quality of college graduates in Shaanxi needs to be improved;differences in employment rate,income level,professional matching,employment satisfaction and turnover rate between graduates from different undergraduate majors are significant;the employment of college graduates are notably characterized by inadequacy and imbalance.At last,several undergraduate majors whose development should be encouraged or limited at universities in Shaanxi are selected according to the findings.
