浅析自由式摔跤穿腿摔技术及其运用

摘　　要：自由式摔跤技术其动作多样非常复杂,"穿腿摔"技术运用变化多样,根据笔者多年从事自由式摔跤教学训练实践和对安徽省第十一、十二、十三届运动会女子自由式摔跤比赛中,中、小级别运动员使用技术动作的调查发现,"穿腿摔"技术成功率或战胜对手的比率很高。该技术站位低,动作发力速度快,即可用于进攻又可用于防守,在比赛中占有非常重要的地位。就如何练好及运用"穿腿摔"技术,本文提出自己的看法,供参考。The action of free style wrestling technology diversity is very complicated,"wear leg falling"technology application varied,according to my many years engaged in free style wrestling teaching and training practice of Anhui province eleventh,twelve,thirteen National Games women's freestyle wrestling match,the survey found,small level athletes use technical movement,"the ratio of wear leg falling"technical success rate or beat the opponent is very high.The technology of low position,action force speed,can be used for attack and can be used for defense,occupies a very important position in the game.On how to practice and use of the"wear leg"technology,this article proposes own view,for reference.
