摘 要:DN450爆破阀是国产CAP1400核电机组中口径最大的卸压阀,当核电设施出现紧急情况时,爆破阀的顺利开阀是整个核电设施安全的重要保证。建立了DN450爆破阀开启过程中包含剪切盖、阀体、管线、吸能装置等动作部件的整机有限元模型,考虑了剪切盖690材料断裂的应变率相关的非线性特征、各部件连接与接触关系、受冲击单元的断裂模式,分析了阀门开启全过程中所有动作部件运动状态和瞬态变形、吸能部件的变形模式,讨论了阀体和管线受到的冲击动强度,揭示了整个系统的能量传递规律,并提出能量利用率这一爆破阀设计时的能量评价指标。将仿真结果与工程样机开阀试验测得的试验数据进行了对比分析,验证了仿真模型的合理性和仿真结果的可靠性。DN450 squib valve is the relief valve with largest diameter in the domestic CAP1400 nuclear power units,it is an important guarantee for the safety of the whole nuclear power facility in the case of emergency situation.The finite element model of DN450 squib valve in the opening process,including shear cap,valve body,pipeline,energy absorption device and all the action parts was built.The nonlinear fracture characteristics of the shear cap 690 related to strain rate,the contact relationship between different components and the fracture mode of the impacted elements were considered,the motion state and transient deformation of all the action parts and the deformation mode of the energy absorption device were analyzed,the dynamic strength of valve body and pipeline in the whole opening process of the valve was discussed.Specially,the energy utilization rate was proposed as the energy assessment criteria in the design of the squib valve based on the law of the system's energy transfer.The comparison between the simulation results of and the test data obtained by the valve opening test verified the rationality of the simulation model and the reliability of the simulation results.
