西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗抑郁的临床疗效及对认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗抑郁的临床疗效及对认知功能的影响。方法:选取我科在2017年2月至2018年6月门诊的抑郁症患者100例,随机分为两组,研究组使用西酞普兰30mgQD联合奥氮平1.25~2.25mgQN治疗,对照组单用西酞普兰30mgQD治疗,并分别予以HAMD-17项抑郁量表、PSQI睡眠量表及LOTCA认知功能成套测验比较分析两组患者治疗后临床疗效、睡眠改善程度及认知功能评分。结果:研究组临床症状改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者睡眠质量改善早于对照组并显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后多项认知功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:在对中重度抑郁症患者的治疗过程当中,西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗效果较好,为临床治疗提供新思路。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of citalopram and olanzapine in the treatment of depression and its effects on cognitive function.Methods:Select 100 patients with depression from February 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,the patients in the study group were treated with citalopram combined with olanzapine and thepatients in the control group was treated with only citalopram.The clinical efficacy and cognitive function of the two groups were compared after theropy.Results:The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sleeping quality of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive function of the group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was noh no statistic difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with depression,the effect of citalopram combined with olanzapine is ideal,which should be further popularized in clinic.
