摘　　要：文章以供应链核心企业为视角,其知识创新和供应链动态能力为中介变量,运用结构方程模型对其知识转移效果对供应链绩效的影响进行实证研究。结果表明:供应链动态能力和核心企业知识创新两个中介变量均对供应链绩效提升有显著正向影响,其中,供应链动态能力的中介效果更显著;核心企业通过增强知识转移意愿和提高自身的知识基础能够达到提升其所在供应链动态能力的效果;得出最佳影响路径为知识转移意愿(解释变量)—供应链动态能力(中介变量)—供应链绩效(反映变量)。This paper,from the perspective of supply chain core enterprise,takes the knowledge innovation and the supply chain dynamic capability as the intermediate variables,and applies the structural equation model to study the effect of core enterprise knowledge transfer on the supply chain performance.The results show that:The two intermediary variables of both the supply chain dynamic capability and the core enterprise knowledge innovation have significant positive impacts on the improvement of supply chain performance,and among them,the mediating effect of supply chain dynamic capability is more significant;For the core enterprise,the way to improve its supply chain dynamic capability is to enhance knowledge transfer willingness and to improve its knowledge base;The best effect path is the knowledge transfer willingness(an explanatory variable)-the supply chain dynamic capability(a mediating variable)-the supply chain performance(a reflecting variable).
