摘 要:载人航天器对舱门的密封性能要求很高,其密封性能的好坏将直接影响宇航员的生命安全。为了确保舱门的密封性能,必须要进行大量的检漏试验。随着我国载人航天器的发展,需要研制大量的舱门,为了满足后续检漏任务的需要,研制了一套新型的载人航天器舱门检漏设备。新研制的设备主要由真空容器、热沉、真空抽气及检漏系统、外热流模拟系统、测控系统组成。新设备具有抽真空时间短,试验温度范围宽,检漏灵敏度高的特点,能够满足我国后续载人航天器舱门检漏试验需要。It has highly request in seal capability in manned spacecraft hatch,because the seal performance would influence the life of astronauts.To meet the seal performance of manned spacecraft hatch,it is necessary to do abundant leak testing experiments.With the development of the Chinese manned spacecrafts,there will be many different hatches.In order to fulfill the requirements of leak testing for manned spacecraft hatch,it is necessary to development a new hatch leak testing facility.The new vacuum leak testing facility introduces vacuum chamber,thermal shroud,vacuum pumping and leak testing system,thermal simulation system and measure&control system.The new facility has less pumping time,wider test temperature,higher leak testing sensitivity,which could fulfill the hatch leak testing requirement of developing manned spacecrafts.
