摘 要:考察俄色叶水提物对糖尿病模型小鼠的降血糖作用。选取50只糖尿病模型小鼠随机分为俄色叶水提物低、中、高剂量组[130、260、520 mg/(kg·d)]、盐酸二甲双胍组[260 mg/(kg·d)]、模型组,并设立空白组,连续灌胃21 d。测定其体重、空腹血糖、糖耐量、血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)含量、肝脏丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)含量。结果显示,俄色叶水提物可有效恢复糖尿病小鼠体重增长,降低血糖水平,提高糖耐受量,且呈现一定的剂量关系,还可提高SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低NO、MDA、TG、TC含量,对AST、ALT等无影响。俄色叶水提物对糖尿病模型小鼠有降血糖作用,其作用与抗氧化应激反应有关,且对肝功无影响。The hypoglycemic effect of water-extraction from Malus toringoides leaves was investigated in diabetic mice induced by alloxan.The 50 diabetic mice were randomly divided into low,medium and high dose of water-extraction groups[130,260,520 mg/(kg·d)],metformin hydrochloride group[260 mg/(kg·d)],model group and blank group,then the mice were continuously received the intragastric administration for 21 days.The body weight,fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance,the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in serum and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)in liver were measured.The result showed that the water-extraction from Malus toringoides leaves could effectively restore the weight of diabetic mice,reduce blood glucose level and increase glucose tolerance in diabetic mice with a certain dose-dependence.The activity of SOD in serum and GSH-Px in liver increased significantly,the contents of NO in serum and MDA,TG,TC in liver were significantly decreased.But the contents of AST and ALT in serum were basically unchanged.It indicated that water-extraction from Malus toringoides leaves could effectively reduce the blood glucose in diabetic mice.The effect was related to the reaction of antioxidative stress and had no effect on liver function.
