摘 要:旨在填补机床几何误差补偿控制方面的不足。考虑机床为多体系统,建立了相邻低序体不同运动形式下的几何误差数学模型,基于模糊控制理论提出了数控机床几何误差的模糊控制补偿方法,通过MATLAB12.0对其进行了仿真分析,并进行了实验验证。验证结果表明,有效减小了机床因运动位姿的改变导致的机床几何误差,实验值和仿真值有着极高的一致性。To make the compensation for geometric error of machine tool,this paper considers the machine tool as the multi-body system,establishes its mathematical model of geometric error under different motion forms of adjacent low-sequence body,puts for-ward the fuzzy control compensation method based on the fuzzy control theory and uses MATLAB12.0 to do its simulation analysis and verify the geometrical error of the machine.This system can be used to effectively reduce its error caused by the changes in the machine tool operation.The experimental value is very consistent with the simulated value.
