摘　　要：文章以资源匹配理论为基础,运用实证研究方法,以小微新创企业为研究对象,研究了企业的风险承担与企业绩效之间的关系、企业动态能力对企业绩效的影响以及动态能力对"风险承担——企业绩效"关系的调节作用。研究结果表明:小微新创企业的风险承担与绩效呈现倒U型关系;企业的动态能力正向影响企业绩效;企业的动态能力增强了"风险承担—企业绩效"之间倒U型关系。基于此,小微新创企业要发挥风险承担对绩效的积极效果,需要合理评估风险,构建风险预警体系;加强风险管理能力,提升创业者竞争力;增强小微新创企业动态能力,提升经营绩效水平;加强运营管理管能力,发挥企业高风险功效。Based on the resource matching theory,applying the empirical research method and taking new small and micro enterprises as the research object,this paper studies the relationship between the risk-taking of enterprises and their performance,the influence of corporate dynamic capability on their performance,and the moderating effect of dynamic capability on the relationship between“risk-taking-corporate performance”.The study results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the risk-taking and their performance for new small and micro enterprises;The corporate dynamic capability positively influences corporate performance;The corporate dynamic capability enhances the inverted U-shaped relationship between“risk-taking-corporate performance”.Accordingly,in order to play the positive role of risk-taking on corporate performance,new small and micro enterprises need to:assess risk reasonably and build the risk early warning system;improve the capability of risk management and enhance the competitiveness of entrepreneurs;enhance the dynamic capability of small and micro enterprises and improve their performance;improve the capability of operational management and enhance the core competitiveness.
