大学生沟通能力的培养

摘　　要：当代大学生思想意识和为人处事方法具有显著的时代特征,但在沟通能力方面存在一些问题,这不仅在某种程度上影响到大学生的人际交往,而且影响到大学生的就业和职业发展。沟通能力培养与大学生思想教育有着不可分割的联系,高等院校应将大学生沟通能力培养纳入思想教育体系,加强对大学生的感恩教育、责任意识教育、团队意识教育和职业素养教育,合理设置课程体系,培养学生的沟通能力,提升学生的综合素质。The way college students think and conduct themselves remarkably reflects the times.Their lack of communication skills often affects their interpersonal interaction and might continue to impair their employment and career development.Helping students to improve their communication skills should be included in ideological and political education.To enhance students’comprehensive quality,colleges and universities must teach students how to become grateful,responsible members of society with good team spirit and professional quality and help them build communication skills by designing curriculum in a rational manner.
