发展性照顾护理模式在重症监护室早产儿中的护理效果及对患儿睡眠时间的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察发展性照顾护理模式在重症监护室早产儿中的护理效果及对患儿睡眠时间的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年5月泉州市儿童医院妇幼保健院新生儿科重症监护室收治的早产儿64例,按照随机数字表将患儿随机分组为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组早产儿给予常规护理,观察组早产儿给与发展性照顾护理。观察2组早产儿的智能发育情况、体格发育情况以及睡眠时间。结果:2组早产儿接受护理前智力发育指数以及心理运动发育指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),接受护理后观察组早产儿的智力发育指数以及心理运动发育指数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组早产儿接受护理前各项体格指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),接受护理后观察组早产儿的各项体格指标显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组早产儿接受护理前睡眠时间无差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),接受护理后观察组早产儿的睡眠时间显著多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:发展性照顾护理模式可改善早产儿的睡眠,促进早产儿智能以及体能的发育,具有确切的临床应用效果。Objective:To observe developmental care nursing mode in the intensive care unit in the premature infant nursing effect and influence on the sleep time of newborn.Methods:64 cases of premature infants admitted between May 2017 and May 2018 in pediatric intensive care unit in our freshman were chose as research objects and randomly assigned to observation group and control group by random number table,32 cases in each group.Control premature given routine nursing,the observation group premature developmental care nursing.Observe two groups of the intelligence development of premature infants,physical development situation and sleep time.Results:There is no difference between two groups of premature infants on mental development index and psychomotor development index before accepting nursing(P>0.05),the observation group of premature infants mental development index and psychomotor development index is significantly higher than control group after nursing care(P<0.05).There is no difference between two groups of premature infants on physique indexes before receiving care(P>0.05),after nursing care the physique index of observation group of premature infants was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before accepting nursing,there is no difference between two groups of premature infants on sleep time(P>0.05),after nursing the sleep time of premature babies in observation group significantly more than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Developmental care nursing mode improves premature babies sleep,promote premature infants intelligence and physical development,has the exact effect of clinical application.
