摘  要:兴古7-H173大位移作业工况复杂,井下钻柱由于钻压、转速等因素容易发生耦合振动,研究大位移井井下钻柱纵向、横向、扭转三维耦合振动规律对减少钻具疲劳失效至关重要。文章建立大位移井钻柱耦合动力学有限元模型并求解,模型主要考虑了三维振动位移随时间的变化,同时考虑了井底钻压波动对耦合振动频率的影响,结合理论和现场进行分析,通过数值模拟发现,钻具耦合振动存在周期性变化规律,井底钻压波动越大,井下钻柱耦合振动频率幅值越大,但振动周期未发生明显改变,振动频率在一阶固有频率与二阶固有频率幅值之间的波动范围减小;转速越高,振动周期明显减小,振动频率在一阶固有频率与二阶固有频率幅值之间波动范围减小,越容易达到共振幅值。通过现场试验可以发现,井下钻柱振动存在周期性波动,高钻压、高转速条件下井下钻柱振动明显加强,而降低钻压、转速,振动明显减弱,与数值模拟规律接近,具有一定适用性,为大位移井下钻柱振动研究提供了可靠性意见。The working conditions in the extended reach horizontal well Xinggu 7-H173 are very complex,coupling vibration is often observed on the downhole drill string due to the effects of WOB,RPM,etc.To study the variation of the displacement of the three-dimensional(longitudinal,transverse and torsional)coupled vibration with the time in ERD wells is very important to reduce the fatigue failure in drill string.The finite element model for coupling dynamics in this paper is set up,the 3D vibration displacement-time relationship,and the effects of WOB fluctuation downhole on coupling vibration frequency are considered.By numerical simulation,it is found out that the more the WOB fluctuation,the higher the downhole drilling string coupling vibration frequency and amplitude,but the vibration cycle not changed much.And the less the vibration frequency fluctuates between the first-order natural frequency and the second order natural frequency.The higher the RPM,the shorter the fluctuation cycle,the less the vibration frequency fluctuates between the first-order natural frequency and the second order natural frequency,the more easily the resonance occurs.The field test shows the cyclical fluctuations in downhole drilling string vibration,high WOB and RPM will make the vibration stronger,which is similar to the numerical simulation results.It provides a reliable evidence for downhole drill string vibration study for ERD wells.
