微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压性基底节区脑出血的安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探究微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压性基底节区脑出血的安全性。方法选择在2015年4月至2016年6月这个时间段内,在我院进行过高血压性基底节区脑出血治疗的患者50例,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组患者进行保守治疗的治疗方式,观察组采用微创颅内血肿清除术进行治疗。对两组患者治疗前后的BI评分和NIHSS评分以及临床治疗效果进行比较。结果两组患者在治疗之前的BI评分和NIHSS评分进行比较,差异没有统计学意义,两组患者在治疗之后的BI评分和NIHSS评分进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压性基底节区脑出血的安全性较高,治疗效果明显优于保守治疗方式,在临床上取得了让人满意的临床效果,是一种值得使用并将其推广的治疗方法。Objective To explore the safety of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation in the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage.Methods 50 patients were treated with cerebral hemorrhage in the hypertensive basal ganglia in hospital from April 2015 to June 2016.The patients were divided into observation group and control group.The control grouppatients were treated with conservative treatment.The observation group patients were treated with minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation.The scores of BI and NIHSS scores and clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of BI score and NIHSS score before treatment.The differences between the two groups of patients after treatment were compared with NIHSS score(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation is safe in the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage.The treatment effect is superior to the conservative treatment method.It is a satisfactory clinical effect in clinical practice.And to promote its treatment.
