摘 要:以酸枣枝的粉碎料为供试材料,筛选适宜分解酸枣枝屑的金针菇菌株及以酸枣枝屑为主要基质的培养基配方.结果表明,金杂19为适宜分解酸枣枝屑的金针菇菌株,最适培养基配方为P2,各组分质量分数为酸枣枝屑70%,棉籽皮10%,麸皮18%,生石灰2%,在此培养基上,金杂19的长速为4.68mm/d,生物学效率为103.91%,投入产出比为1∶8.58.形成了林业废弃物酸枣枝屑的大型真菌资源化开发利用模式.This study used Zizyphus jujube crushing material as test materials to select Flammulina velutipes strains,which is appropriate to decompose Z.jujube branches,and select a culture medium formula,which uses Z.jujube branches chip as main substrate.The results showed that“jinza 19”was the F.velutipes strain which was appropriate to decompose Z.jujube branches.The optial cultivation medium was P2.The mass fraction of each component was Z.jujuba branches crumbs 70%,cottonseed hull 10%,bran 18%,lime 2%.On this culture m edium,the mycelium growth of F.velutipes is 4.68 mm/d,the biology efficiency is 103.91%,the output-to-input ratio is 1∶8.58.A resource development and utilization model of macrofungi degradation forestry using abandoned-Z.jujuba branches crumbs is thus developed.
