摘 要:以40.5 t门式起重机为研究对象,用时程分析法研究其脉动风响应规律,采用Davenport风速谱进行研究,利用Matlab软件模拟出不同计算风速下随时间变化的脉动风。在两种工况下,利用Ansys软件通过APDL命令流导入不同计算风速下的脉动风风压曲线,对门式起重机的结构模型进行瞬态动力学分析,列表归纳得到门式起重机结构在不同计算风速下各方向的最大位移值和最大复合应力取值。得出的结论是:脉动风风速的增大主要影响顺风向时门式起重机结构的变形和复合应力,顺风向脉动风对该机结构具有激励作用,此作用不受门式起重机外部载荷和风速变化的影响。Taking 40.5 t gantry cranes as the research object,time history analysis method is used to study its fluctuating wind response law.Davenport wind speed spectrum is used,and Matlab software is applied to simulate fluctuating wind with different calculated wind speeds changing with time.Under two working conditions,the Ansys software is used to introduce the fluctuating wind pressure curve under different calculated wind speeds through APDL command stream,so as to conduct transient dynamic analysis on the structural model of the gantry crane.The maximum displacement value and the maximum composite stress value of the gantry crane structure in different directions under different calculated wind speeds are summarized in the list.The conclusion obtained is that the increase of fluctuating wind speed mainly affects the deformation and composite stress of the gantry crane structure in favorable winds.In favorable winds,the fluctuating wind has a driving function on the gant
