摘  要:在一台国五柴油机上,进行了原机ETC循环试验和200s怠速试验。ETC试验结果表明:怠速工况和非怠速工况的NO_x体积分数与过量空气系数之间可分别拟合为幂律型关系式;200s怠速试验中,NO_x体积分数估算值与试验值之间的相对误差,在0—30s内逐渐减小,在30—170s内逐渐增大,170—200s内基本不变。利用拟合的经验公式构建瞬态NO_x估算模型,ETC循环全过程验证结果表明:NO_x体积分数和质量流量的估算值与试验值总体吻合较好,但在峰值处误差明显;循环累计质量估算值比试验值大4.6%。ETC test and 200 s idle test were conducted on a China-Ⅴdiesel engine.According to the ETC test results,the relationship between NO x volume fraction and excess air ratio at idle and non-idle conditions could be expressed as power formula.For the 200 s idle test,the relative error between estimated values and test values of NO x volume fraction gradually decreased within 0-30 s,increased within 30-170 s and remains nearly unchanged within 170-200 s.With the transient NO x estimation model built by the fitted empirical formulas,the NO x emissions of ETC cycle were verified.The results show that estimated values of NO x volume fraction and mass flow agree well with test values,but the difference at the peak is obvious.In addition,estimated value of NO x cycle cumulative mass is 4.6%higher than test value.
