摘　　要：本文选取沪深A股上市公司2012～2016年的面板数据,基于企业生命周期视角,研究企业动态发展进程对政府创新激励政策实施效果的影响。结果表明:政府补助显著激励企业的创新投入和产出,但激励效果在不同企业生命周期下存在一定差异;政府补助对成长期的企业创新投入的激励作用比成熟期、衰退期的企业更显著;政府补助对成熟期企业的创新产出的激励效果比成长期、衰退期的企业更明显。企业的生命周期影响了政府创新激励政策的作用效果,政府在继续推进激励政策落实的同时,也需要企业结合自身所处的发展阶段合理利用政府资源进行创新。Based on the different enterprise life cycle,this paper performs an empirical test on panel data of Chinese A-listed companies from 2012 to 2016,and studies the impact of dynamic development process of enterprise on the effect of government innovation incentive policy.The result shows that government subsidy has a significant positive effect on innovation investment and innovation output;there are different effects between innovation investment and innovation output during the enterprise life cycle.In the growth period,the government subsidy has a greater positive effect on innovation investment for enterprises than the mature and recession enterprises;in the mature period,the government subsidy has a significant effect on the innovation output of enterprises during the growth and recession period.Therefore,the life cycle of enterprise has affected the effect of government incentive policies.While the government continues to promote the implementation of incentive policies,it also requires enterprises to make rational use of government resources to innovate in combination with their own development stages.
