摘　　要：技能型人才区域流动与地区经济发展水平存在互动循环关系,地区经济差异是技能型人才区域流动的动力因素,技能型人才集聚又对区域经济发展起到促进作用。由于区域经济发展水平及人才诉求的动态变化,技能型人才流动更趋复杂。本文运用进化博弈模型,分析区域经济差异权变条件下技能型人才流动行为的进化稳定策略。研究表明,在流动收益、流动成本和外部机会共同作用下,有序层流是技能型人才的主要区域流动形式。经济差距扩大时,人才向发达地区流动集聚;当经济差距缩小时,人才分层环流,即高技能人才单向流动,一般技能型人才呈现人才稳定和回流情况。The interactive circulation exists between the flow of skilled personnel and the level of regional economic development.The regional economic disparity is the driving force for the movement of skilled talents.While the clustering of skilled personnel also plays a catalytic role in the development of regional economy.Due to the dynamic changes in the level of regional economic development and the demand for talents,the flow of skilled professionals is more complicated.In this paper,evolutionary game model is used to analyze evolutionary stability strategy of skilled workers mobility behavior under the various condition of regional economic disparity.The research shows that under the combined effect of liquidity returns,liquidity costs and external opportunities,the orderly laminar flow is the main form of regional mobility of skilled talents.When the economic gap expands,skilled talents flow to the developed regions;when the economic gap shrinks,the mobility turns to“brain circulation”,that is,the highly-skilled talents flow in one direction,while the general skilled personnel presents the situation of stability and return.
