摘  要:在工业生产过程中,大量粉尘不仅对设备造成阻塞影响使用寿命,严重的还会造成爆炸和人体致癌。静电式检测系统可以识别不同气体和颗粒灰尘浓度,设计MCP6021电荷积分电路、1~2 000倍自适应放大电路、4~20m A电流环等硬件电路,并利用LabVIEW作为上位机软件对粉尘信号进行ppm级的谐波浓度检测,实时采集现场的粉尘静电信号并进行分析实验。实验表明系统可以对0. 4mg/m^3以上的浓度进行检测,对30 mg/m^3以上浓度进行报警。测试结果表明系统可以在工业制造现场实时检测多种尺寸粉尘。In the industrial production process,a lot of dust will be produced,which will not only cause blockage to the equipment,but also lead to explosion and human carcinogenesis.Electrostatic detection system can identify different concentrations of gas and particle dust.MCP6021 charge integral circuit,1~2 000 times adaptive amplifier circuit,4~20 mA current loop and other hardware circuits were designed.Moreover,Labview was used as the upper computer software to detect the harmonics concentration of the dust signal at the level of ppm,dust electrostatic signal was collected in real time and was analyzed.Experiments show that the concentration above 30 mg/m 3 can be alarmed,and the concentration above 0.4 mg/m 3 can be detected.The test results show that the system can detect various kinds of dust in industrial manufacturing site in real time.
