摘  要:针对滚装船薄甲板结构在建造过程中易产生变形、影响建造质量的问题,根据分段结构特点,分析产生变形原因和影响因素,采取精度全过程控制方法,提出建造过程各工序工位的控制要点和具体措施,重点分析分段装焊工艺和火工矫正方法,尤其是钢杯焊接设备、多头火工背烧机等新工装工法的研发和应用,为控制薄板结构变形提供保障。Due to weak structure constraint of thin plate deck,it is very easy to generate deformation during fabrication,affecting the building quality.Taking the thin plate structure of car deck as research objected,according to the structural feature,deformation causes and influencing factors were analyzed.The method of whole process accuracy control was adopted to set forth the key points and control methods at different steps.The welding process and methods of distortion correction by flame were studied.The lashing cup welding equipment,multiple firing rectification equipment and other tools were used to control the structural deformation.
